Co-developed by Paul "Ten Finger Orchestra" Allen and Stay In Tune Strings, the UNIVERSALS Balanced Tension set is designed with the four most common tunings (E Standard, Eb Standard, Drop D and Half Down Drop Db) and the four most common scale lengths (25.5", 25", 24.75" and 24.6") in mind. The result is a string set designed to land right in-between a common set of 10's and 11's. UNIVERSALS provide smooth tension that never feels too stiff or too floppy on guitars with common scale lengths in common tunings.
